Kevin Baum, MPA, is Founder and Principal of inCentergy, an Austin-based company specializing in no-nonsense performance consulting, workforce development and leadership coaching. Kevin's experiences in performance management have convinced him that government's pursuit of performance results has been confused by an abundance of talk and methodology...and a shortage of action. This firm belief moved Kevin to develop the inCentergy, Into Action on Performance Management Process.

Mr. Robert Stall, Senior Consultant

Robert Stall brings over 25 years of public service to the team. Bob is currently the Chief Deputy Public Defender and a member of the senior management team for the Department of the Public Defender in San Diego County, California - one of the five largest county public defender agencies in the nation with approximately 350 employees and an annual budget in excess of $55 million. Mr. Stall obtained his bachelor's degree in history from Saint Louis University in 1971 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1974.

Ms. Wendi Brick, Consultant / Facilitator

Wendi Brick brings 18 years of experience in customer service and performance management to the team. After being hired full time by the County of San Diego, she focused her energy and attention on government-citizen liaison activities, helping to fill a gap between technical government information and general knowledge. Wendi has experience in large-scale public meeting facilitation, and one-to-one citizen interactions and has extensive experience in providing information to government employees, and customers of government, in a way that focuses on professionalism, respect, and high quality service delivery, and outcomes.

Ms. Theresa Reyes-Cummings, Consultant / Facilitator

Theresa Reyes-Cummings brings over seventeen years of government, non-profit, grants administration and program development experience to the team. Her tenure in grants administration and corrections includes work with public-private partnerships, state and local government, grant writing and administration and developing performance standards and reporting for local social service programs and probation services.

Ms. Rosemary Calderalo, Ph.D., Consultant / Facilitator

Rosemary Calderalo brings over 20 years of change management, program development, grants administration, fundraising and non-profit leadership experience to the team. She currently serves as executive director for 2-1-1 in the Hudson Valley Region of NYS covering a population 2.2 million. (2-1-1 is a 24/7 hotline for information, referral and crisis support; new to NYS, this region was the second to launch in the state.)
