Mr. Corey Williams, Senior Consultant

Mr. Corey Williams serves as the Director of Performance Management for Inflection Point Solutions, an inCentergy business partner.   As Project Manager for more than 40 projects nationwide, Corey has provided his clients leading-edge information technology and performance management solutions to enable them to make more informed business decisions.  

Mr. Williams recently served as Project Manager for a Performance Management initiative for a Shared Services Division and IT Department to develop key performance indicators in direct alignment with the organization's overall business strategy.  He led the process definition to collect the data, identify the data sources, create comparatives, and establish the performance management framework with cascading goals and metrics.  The established measures were integrated into a dashboard tool to improve managerial oversight and to highlight areas of need.  

Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer.   In addition to his formal education, he has received certifications in Project Management, Performance Management, and Managing Interpersonal Relationships and served on the Leadership Institute of a large engineering firm. Mr. Williams has been published extensively in the trade literature on topics ranging from performance management to knowledge management.
